In your reaction paper describe the importance of the study for the organizational field and answer following questions including what is your reaction to the study; do you agree or disagree; and why do you agree or disagree; what is your general evaluation about the study. From your life experiences give some examples to discuss the findings. You are expected to think critically and use your general knowledge about the issue while you are discussing. It should be 3 pages (excluding title page and references) and the paper must be written according to the APA style.
